these are the changed in the rules which may help to prevent cuts ignore the bad english we need to change it for the official rules its just a test today:

4.1 The official Qualifying session begins at 15:00 UK time on the day of the Event (unless otherwise stated). There is one qualifying session only, in the following format:

The Qualifying is from undetermined duration. Drivers are supposed to do one out and hotlap. The hotlaps of each driver will be done in reverse championship order. The driver who is at the back of the championship order of the attendant drivers begins his outlap at 15:00 UK time. The next driver will start his outlap after the previous driver crosses the pit exit at the beginning of his hotlap. The drivers get called by the LAT. Qualifying session ends when the foremost driver of the championship order ended his hotlap. The 107% rule is not used anymore?. Parc Ferme is not applied.

4.2 The outlapping driver may overtake the hotlapping driver when the hotlapping driver goes off the track for more than 5 seconds or if he loses his front/back wing. If an outlapping driver hinders the hotlapping driver or tries to overtake him without any reason he will be directly extracted off the qualifying and has to start last on the grid. The next driver of the order may start his outlap after 10 seconds of latency The outlapping driver is allowed to restart the outlap if he loses his front/back wing in the first sector of his outlap. When he loses his front/back wing in one of the last two sectors, he is not allowed to start a hotlap and has to go back to the monitor. The next driver of the order may start his outlap after 10 seconds of latency in this case.
The hotlapping driver should try to end his lap even if he loses his front/back wing. If the hotlapping driver loses a wheel or blows his engine he has to retire the car directly. When he ends his hotlap he has to go directly back to the monitor.

4.5. If a hotlapping driver cuts the circuit by more than 2 wheels, his laptime will be canceled and he will start last.

4.6. If a called driver doesnt leave his garage for the outlap after 30 seconds or if he loses his connection, he lost his right to qualify and will start last. If an outlapping driver loses his conntection or lets his car standing on or next to the track, he also loses the right to qualify and will start last. the next driver of the order may start his outlap after 10 seconds of latency. If the hotlapping driver loses his connection his lap or lets his car standing on or next to the track, will be canceled and he will start last.

NEW QUALI RULES, PLEASE READ:

4) QUALIFYING

4.1 The official Qualifying session begins at 15:00 UK time on the day of the Event (unless otherwise stated). There is one qualifying session only, in the following format:

Drivers have one attempt to complete one timed lap.

Drivers will make their qualifying attempts in reverse championship order.

Drivers may only begin their attempt (start their outlap) when instructed to do so by a Race Director.

The Race Director will instruct the driver next in the order to leave his garage as the current driver on track begins his time lap.

Drivers have 30 seconds from being called to begin their attempt. If they do not leave their garage in this time limit they will lose the right to qualifying, and the next driver will be called.

Any driver who is disconnected at the time he is called loses the right to qualify.

Drivers on their outlap must not intefere or hinder the driver on a timed lap. This includes driving too close behind, driving in the mirrors, and making overtaking attempts.

Drivers on their outlap may only overtake a driver on a timed lap if they encounter him facing the wrong direction, stopped or missing their front or rear wing.

Any driver on an outlap who unnessecarily overtakes, makes contact or in any other way interferes with the driver on a timed lap will be excluded from qualifying and may be directly extracted from the session.

If a driver crashes inside Sector 1 of his outlap he may restart his outlap if his car is damaged. After this, he may not.

If a driver crashes on their timed lap they may not restart. If the car has lost a wheel or engine, the driver must exit to monitor immediately.

When the timed lap is completed the driver must immediately exit to the monitor, and must not leave debris on the track.

Drivers must respect the track limits at all times. If a driver cuts on his timed lap, the time will be deleted.

Parc Fermé is not applied, and any or all aspects of car and setup may be altered.

Any driver whose fastest time in this session is greater than 107% of the overall fastest time of this session may only race at the discretion of the LAT.

Qualifying ends when the last called driver has finished his timed lap.

4.2 If a driver is deemed to have stopped unnecessarily on the circuit, or in any way impeded another driver during qualifying, he may receive a penalty.

4.3 The pit-lane speed limit must be respected when driving in the pit-lane.

4.4 Chatting is strictly forbidden. Drivers may chat to each other using the /w name message
command. Communications may however be made by the stewards. Chatting will be penalised.

4.5 In the event that qualifying cannot take place at all, the grid order for the race will be the
current championship positions.

4.6 If qualifying cannot take place in the ‘Qualifying’ session on the server, lap times from the ‘Practice’ session will be used to determine the grid order
