I agree with the penalty that you have given me ...... but I guess not everyone who should punished like pxr5 who had no front wing and returned to the track without looking who encounters and I almost had a collision with him .. . and I hope he will be penalized

we decided that he because his car was damaged and that he was also not at fault for being off the track, that he did not deserve a penalty

So why then are returned to the track (that is racing path) and it was not a little speed, but quite pressed the accelerator as soon as possible to come to the pit lane .... and this has already been one case and was sentenced..BUT OK...I see where this goes ..... I know that I have not liked here, and we have different ponderings

If he hit you making a damage or make you spin or crossing your way then he would get a penalty. He didn't leave the road after his fault and it is also a mitigating circumstance for him.

We had similar incidents in this season. For example Denis in Australian GP. He also didn't get any penalty for similar thing. You can check if you want.

So... what EXACTLY the penalties for this GP changed on the final results?
I'd like to put this info on my report (yes, I'm writing it now)...

Drive through = 15 secs and Stop/Go = 25 secs?
(sorry, I forgot the exact values and I'm too lazy (and busy) to check again now - can someone just be nice and tell me, pliss?)
